Cette certification intitulée Adaptive Enterprise Foundations (AEF) du Demand Driven Institute (DDI) inclut un cas réel mettant en scène actionnaires, dirigeant-es et employé-es.

Adaptive Enterprise Foundations Professional (AEFP)™ is a professional endorsement certification offered by the Demand Driven Institute, the global authority for Demand Driven education, training, certification and compliance. AEFP™ demonstrates that an individual understands the conceptual differences between conventional supply chain approaches dominated by MPS, MRP and DRP and the emerging flow-based approaches including the Demand Driven Adaptive Enterprise (DDAE) Model. La formation est enseignée en français : l'examen et les documents sont en anglais puisqu'il s'agit d'une formation certifiante à l'international. Aucune connaissance préalable n'est nécessaire.

Objectifs

• Comprendre pourquoi le management des supply chains internationales est en cours de transformation partout dans le monde et dans toutes les industries.
• Explication des différences entre les modèles conventionnels de management et le modèle DDAE "Demand Driven Adaptive Enterprise".
• Focus sur la transition entre le processus traditionnel S&OP et les processus Demand Driven S&OP et Adaptive S&OP.
• Une riche platefore de e-learning DDI permet de préparer la certification AEFP à l'issue des 2 jours.

• Opérationel-les des fonctions : responsable supply chain, responsable achats, acheteur-e, responsable RSE/DD, responsable stratégie et toutes fonctions connexes.

• 2 jours en présentiel

Certification

Examen de 3 heures, organisé individuellement sur internet avec ordinateur équipé d’une webcam (donc à domicile), 60 questions à choix multiples.

En cas d’échec lors de la première tentative, une seconde présentation à l’examen est offerte.
